The Performance Committee is responsible for producing performances that extend and explore representations of and conversations about Femme.   This committee will present a diverse showcase of Femmes in terms of performance genres, ability, age, size, race, culture & ethnicity, class and of course, fabulousness! The responsibilities of this committee include auditions, developing & designing shows, playing with make-up and costumes, glitter & gloss application and calmly petting performers right before the Big Number! Just like any Broadway or Las Vegas show this committee will need light designers, sound people, house managers, wardrobe assistants, ushers, artist liaisons, production assistants, costume designers, seamstresses, hair and make up artists and false eyelash experts.
